The Spa

You are surrounded by a picturesque landscape when staying at Bushmans Kloof, and to add to the serenity there is a wonderful spa where you can unwind and enjoying being pampered with number of healing therapies to choose from. A peaceful sanctuary where you can recuperate and feel a huge sense of peace and harmony…or an additional one as you are in such a tranquil location as it is. There are a variety of treatments to enjoy as well as the steam room, pool and fitness centre.

The Rock Art Heritage

The area is famous for its rock art with up to 120 sites, some being as old at 10,000 years. The bushman tribes stained the rocks with oxide pigments, depicting a cultural and spiritual legacy. The art is preserved and protected today and Bushmans Kloof are honoured to be the guardians of the ancient artwork. It offers guests a wonderful insight into the lives and the culture of the ancient Bushman, guests can also visit the Heritage Centre which feature a number of fascinating artefacts; jewellery, dancing sticks, hunting kits and musical instruments.

    Spent 3 days here with my fiancee and family, beautiful landscape with magnificent walks. The walk to the crystal pool is a must! Zenobia was an excellent guide! Great food and I really couldnt fault the resort. Spa was amazing too.

    Visited Bushmans Kloof to relax after hectic Cape Town. A long list of why this is an amazing place: beautiful well maintained interiors; unique scenic views; really awesome people working here; gourmand kitchen; freaking crazy wine list; cozy spa, etc. Our family immersed into this fantastic place, loved it, and we thank all people who took care of us here.

  • Can’t ask for more

    The staff are so helpful and friendly Sesona the lovely lady who did our room is a gem. The food is first class…salads are out of this world so so fresh. Breakfasts are leisurely, taken overlooking a beautiful lake with the backdrop of mountains. Lunch under the pergolas is just great. Four course evening meals are served inside or out depending on the weather the chefs should be so proud they do an amazing job.
