Client Reviews

  • AMAZING – TRANQUIL – COMFORTABLE

We only had time for 1 night (but arrived early and departed late – so maximum value!).
A truly amazing hotel / lodge in the middle of nowhere – wonderful staff, large rooms, comfortable bed, and an excellent restaurant. We have been before so we knew what to expect – a haven of tranquility.
Having said that we also went on the evening nature drive: unmissable and fascinating – but a land rover is never tranquil!
    We will definitely return.

  • Fantastic Tranquil Farm stay

Charming farm stay in Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and very welcoming & friendly staff.
Heron house ( self catering) ticked al the boxes for a totally comfortable relaxing 3 day stay. Although self catering, we ordered some dinner/food/snacks/braai packs from them in advance that was delivered right to our doorstep – warm and very very delicious!
