  • Boutique guest home and beautiful location

    This establishment is a small, boutique, upscale property which is located on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The view and sunsets are gorgeous. All of the staff (Dirk, Fein and other professionals insure that your stay is perfect. They book all of your activities, restaurant reservations and Uber cars. We felt very spoilt.

  • Just Perfect

    We travel a lot, globally and have visited already many hotels and spots on earth; now at 21 Nettleton in Clifton/Cape Town. We always thought that we already have seen the most beautiful places yet. But 21 Nettleton has definitely topped all what we have experience so far! One of the best hotel on the planet with an amazing view to the Atlantic Ocean, Clifton Beach and Camps Bay an on the other side just at the foot of Lions Head.

  • Unique Ultra Luxury Villa-Like Stay, Incredible Setting

    My husband and I happened to be the only ones staying here during our quick trip in Sept. It was like staying in serviced villa on steroids! The house itself is stunning, the decor is eclectic and view is breathtaking. Dirk was extremely helpful in helping us find wonderful restaurants and things to do, and Jackson was very gracious during our stay.
