Client Reviews

  • Incredible elephants!

Nehimba may be one of the best places in the world to see elephants. Tens or even hundreds of them gather, at night especially, to drink at the waterhole. You get to watch them – including lots of baby and adolescent elephants – from a close distance as you have your dinner!

  • 2nd Visit – as good as the 1st

This was our 2nd visit to Nehimba – and we weren’t disappointed. The chalets have been upgraded a little – and now have a small electric fence to try and stop the elephants from pulling down the showers when water is short. The elephants didn’t disappoint and visited on each night of our 3 night honeymoon.

  • Great experience.

Nehimba lodge and staff were just great we were so happy there. The room & location was perfect with elephant walking past our balcony at night to get to the fresh water. The trackers were so professional and seemed to enjoy what they do and care for wildlife as well as guests. We had M T for our guide he showed us a great time. We were sad to leave Nehimba lodge and the welcoming staff after three wonderful nights.
