  • A typical native and amazing hotel

    Amazing staying, everything as showed on website pictures. Large room, kindle staff, excellent location, good food, good drinks, good service. Nothing like those impersonal service provided by those big hotel brands. It was an authentic Capetonian hotel. Perfect!!!!!!

    Our first trip to South Africa, so did not know what to expect, the hotel was better than expected room was large clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding something for everyone freshly cooked breads,pastries,croissants, the staff were vigilante in checking their was enough hot eggs,bacon etc, we even had smoked salmon in a sauce 2 mornings it was varied and interesting and all well presented.

  • Great service and convenient location

    I recently stayed at Hollow on the Square during the 2019 WTM Africa and although i could not enjoy the luxury of the hotel during the day i thoroughly enjoyed their service. The attention to detail from the parking attendant Mandla to the Reception staff (all gents which was something new for me).
