Following three nights at Tongabezi you will fly to the Lower Zambezi National Park where you will stay at the renowned Chongwe Albida Suite. During your stay, you can enjoy their impressive variety of safari activities, created for the ultimate exploration of this magnificent African paradise. By land, you can enjoy game drives and walking safaris, or take to the rivers and explore with boat cruises, canoeing safaris and tiger-fishing.

It’s now time to visit the incredible South Luangwa National Park where you will stay at the equally extraordinary camp, Chinzombo. This wildly luxurious camp retains its bush authenticity. The South Luangwa is renowned for its world-class predator action, with especially strong sightings of the elusive leopard. Explore the region’s diverse habitats with game drives, safari walks and boat cruises (seasonal).

After discovering the African bush, you will fly to Likoma Island in Malawi. Where you will spend the final days of your Africa adventure at Kaya Mawa. At Kaya Mawa you will be transported into a world of simple pleasures. Day 1 - 4

Tongabezi, Livingstone

Zambia’s Tongabezi Lodge is an exclusive lodge located on the banks of the Zambezi River, 15km upstream from the magnificent Victoria Falls. Tongabezi is set in a grove of African ebony trees on a sweeping bend of the Zambezi River. The setting is phenomenal and provides guests with the perfect escape from the business of Livingstone town itself.

Tongabezi is the ultimate destination for romance and bespoke travel, the real beauty of the Tongabezi experience lies in its ability to set the scene and inspire a truly magical adventure. The lodge has an extensive variety of Cottages and Houses catering to all guests and groups.

 

Day 4 - 7

Chongwe Albida Suite, Lower Zambezi

The Albida Suite at Chongwe River Camp lies on the banks of the picturesque Chongwe and Zambezi rivers, providing a magnificent view of the escarpment to the north. The suite’s location at the confluence of two rivers offers magnificent views over the water and of the Zambezi escarpment.

Activities at Chongwe River Camp are plentiful and diverse. Embark on a day or night game drive in the Lower Zambezi National Park to spot the large populations of lion and leopard. Set off on foot along the Chongwe River on a walking safari to search for the impressive herds of elephants. The area is also a birdwatcher’s paradise with exceptional birdlife found along the riverbanks. 

Day 7 - 11

Chinzombo, South Luangwa

Situated on a sweeping curve of the Luangwa River, Time + Tide Chinzombo brings style and sophistication to the Luangwa Valley.  

This wildly luxurious camp retains its bush authenticity with grass and canvas walls and spacious living areas that melt into the exquisitely tranquil riverside setting. Each villa offers panoramic views of the Luangwa River and the abundant wildlife that frequents its banks. Day 11 - 14

Homeward bound

End of the tour… We will transfer you to Lilongwe International Airport for your onward journey.
